My Role

I took on the role of the primary designer for the majority of this project, working closely with another designer who offered fresh perspectives and served as a sounding board to enhance our ideas.

Our focus was on enhancing the existing feature set and addressing the ongoing pain points users were experiencing, all while staying aligned with the rapidly evolving trends and behavioral patterns in social media.

Introduction

As a social platform that pays, we noticed that many users were unclear about how to earn money using Display Social. Based on customer reviews and feedback, we realized the need to rethink our approach. We decided to redesign the onboarding experience to clearly explain the various ways users can monetize their activity within the app.

Onboarding

As part of an exciting new feature for our social media platform, we decided to introduce the ability to create polls within the communities section. This addition allows users to engage with their community members more interactively, fostering discussions and gathering opinions in a dynamic and user-friendly way.
